PRICE OF THE GOODS
- Every effort has been made to ensure that prices and product details are correct at the time of publishing this website. We reserve the right to make product changes, price changes and improvements during the validity period of the website.
- Prices of products displayed are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All products listed in the website offered for sale are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock, we may contact you to offer an alternative. If you do not accept the proposed substitute item hence we will refund according to the amount that has been charged. If your order has limited stock, you agree that we may fulfill your order with a quantity that is presently available.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept the following payment method:

- Credit Card (Visa / Master)
- Cash (Only Self Pickup)
- Direct Bank Transfer
The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) shall be deducted according to your chosen payment method upon completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed / validated.
For Sabah / Sarawak / Oversea customers, Email Payment Method will be used due to additional shipping charges.
For Acolia, the security of online purchases is fundamental. All transactions are performed through secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly in encrypted format (SSL) to the entity.

* Express rates and services are applicable nationwide. The maximum parcel dimension is 70cm x 70cm x 70cm. Should either side of the parcel measurement exceeds 70cm, the parcel will be classified as bulky shipment. Delivery to remote areas are available but rates may vary.
- Delivery charges within West Malaysia shall be calculated based on the weight of the item with the delivery rate stated in the table above.
- Customers from East Malaysia / Oversea please contact us to check on the shipping fee before purchase.
- The products will be dispatched from us within 1 to 3 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) after confirming your order and receipt of payment. Delivery shall take average of 2 to 5 days, however some areas may be longer, depending on service area / country.
- For non stock items, the estimated delivery time could take longer or we will issue a refund, please contact us for further details. Please note that the status of stocked items may vary from time to time. Products shown on the website are based on stock availability and is on a first come first served basis.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
- Cancellation of order must be notified via email or phone within 24 hours of order.
- If our products are out of stock, we will automatically cancel your order within 24 hours and inform via email.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
We will inspect the goods and handle the package with care before delivery.
If the product(s) received is defective, please contact us via email with attached photo(s). The product(s) must be returned in 7 working days in the same condition which it was received at your own expense.
