The delivery transmit time depend on the destination. And you also can choose between delivery or store pick up to a location of your choice.
During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail. If you have chosen collection from one of our stores, we will send you another e-mail to inform you that your order has arrived at the chosen store. You have a deadline of 15 days to collect your purchase. In this case, there is no need to queue. Ask our store staff directly and collect your order by presenting your ID document (order numbering).

We will examine the goods c/w well handling packing before courier out.
If you found out the goods which you received defective, please take the photos and inform us by email at once. And the goods must returned in 7 days working days with the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost.
