- BA degree in Business, Media or a similar subject (or relevant experience).
- Strong communication skills.

- A good working knowledge of the major analytics programs – specifically Google Analytics.

Procurement Coordinator

[ Job Requirements & Responsibilities ]

- To take care of procurement and vendor development activities.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, changes and cancellations in a timely manner and in accordance with purchasing department policies and procedures.
- Provide high level of customer service to customers and suppliers.
- Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates to determine the best bid amongst potential suppliers and make recommendations to Director.
- Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders.
- Sort, compile, create and distribute requisitions, contracts, orders, modifications and other documents as required.
- Prepare purchase orders and bid requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or a related field. 1-2 years of work experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
